When I was very young, maybe around 5 years old, maybe a little older, a friend of my mom's committed suicide. I don't remember my mom talking about it much, but I guess she told me that her friend had died in that manner. I doubt at the time that I made a connection between her dying and that she killed herself. I never knew any more than that...how, why, where... I knew she left behind a daughter that was younger than me and a husband. The mom was so beautiful and her name was Carolyn. In recent days, I've thought mostly about the daughters left behind. My heart hurts for them as well as for their parents, the ones still here and the ones not.

This is a fundraiser so feel free to donate and give extra.
Proceeds given to a local teen organization to be determined.
The goal of this fundraiser is to help raise awareness of the problem and help provide better resources to the teens of Northern Arizona.
